The Halligan (thehalligan.app) is operated by The Promotional Standard, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our platform.

By accessing or using The Halligan, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

We collect only what is necessary to operate the platform and provide our services.

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address
• Password (stored in hashed form — we never see your actual password)
• Subscription tier and access expiration

Practice Session Data

When you use the platform, we collect:

• Exercise type and scenario identifiers
• Written and transcribed responses you submit for scoring
• AI-generated feedback and CLEAR scores
• Session timestamps and completion status
• Bucket mastery progress over time

Voice Session Data

When you use Voice Mode (Elite tier):

• Your spoken responses are transcribed in real time by a secure edge function
• Audio is processed and immediately discarded — we do not store recordings
• Only the text transcript is retained as part of your session history

Coaching Requests

When you submit an async coaching request:

• Your Loom video URL
• Exercise type and optional notes you provide
• Coach response URL when provided

Payment Information

• Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe
• We do not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, CVV, or banking information
• We store only your subscription tier, access period, and Stripe customer reference ID

We want to be explicit about what we do not do:

• We do not use advertising pixels or tracking scripts (no Google Ads, no Meta/Facebook Pixel, no retargeting)
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not share your data with your employer, department, or agency
• We do not use third-party analytics platforms (no Google Analytics, no Mixpanel, no Posthog)
• We do not store voice recordings
• We do not access your payment card data
• We do not track your behavior across other websites

Your practice session data — including your scores, responses, and coaching history — is private to your account and is never shared with other users, departments, or third parties.

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver platform features and exercises
• Generate AI scoring feedback on your submitted responses
• Track your progress and bucket mastery over time
• Process payments and manage subscription access
• Respond to coaching requests
• Send transactional emails related to your account (account creation, access confirmation)
• Improve platform reliability and performance

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the service you subscribed to.

We use a limited number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform:

Supabase

Database and authentication infrastructure. Your account data and session history are stored securely on Supabase-managed servers.

Payment processing. Stripe handles all payment data under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure.

AI scoring and feedback generation. Your submitted responses are processed by Anthropic's API to generate CLEAR scores and coaching feedback.

Voice interaction for Elite tier. Voice sessions are processed in real time. Audio is not retained.

Resend

Transactional email delivery for account-related communications.

Loom (User-provided)

Async coaching uses Loom video URLs submitted voluntarily by users. Loom is not integrated — users share links at their own discretion.

We do not sell or share your data with any of these providers beyond what is necessary to deliver the service.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service.

• Account data is retained until you request deletion
• Practice session history is retained indefinitely to support your long-term progress tracking
• Voice transcripts follow the same retention policy as written sessions
• Audio recordings are never stored — they are discarded immediately after transcription
• Payment records are retained as required by law and Stripe's data policies

To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at support@thehalligan.app. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent at any time by discontinuing use of the platform
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format upon request

Colorado residents have additional rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), including the right to opt out of certain data processing activities and to appeal our decisions regarding your data requests.
